Oslo Climate Oslo weather delivers surprisingly a warm summer (June to August), with daytime temperatures between 19°C and 23°C thanks to Gulf Stream waters. Those same warm waters prevent winter (December to March) temperatures from falling more than a few degrees below freezing. Average spring (April to May) daytime Oslo temperatures are 10°C to 15°C, while autumn (September to November) temperatures decrease from a 16°C September daytime average, to just 3°C in November.
